Thank you for your purchase. TrailConvert's batch unlock is a digital feature delivered instantly to your browser — there is no physical item to ship or return. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund as described below.
REFUNDS
Because this is a digital product, there is nothing to mail back and no return address to send anything to. To request a refund, contact us at support@appitrostudio.com within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. Please include the email address you used at checkout, or your Stripe receipt/payment reference, so we can locate your transaction.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow at least seven (7) days from your request for us to process it. Depending on your card issuer, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
A refund returns your payment — it does not remove access to the batch-unlock feature on a device where it has already been used, since that unlock works offline once activated and isn't tied to an ongoing account.
EXCEPTIONS
If the batch-unlock feature fails to work as described, contact us using the details below and we will investigate and either resolve the issue or issue a refund.
